the continuum path

The Continuum PATH is a guided one-on-one personal training experience designed to give clients a foundation upon which to build a long-term fitness lifestyle. Focus areas include:

  • Defining and achieving fitness “results”
  • Learning the principles of safe and effective form for any exercise
  • Executing major functional movements: squat, dead lift, press, pull.
  • Designing efficient and engaging workouts
  • Understanding the differences and (surprising) similarities between training in midlife and training in youth
  • Adopting a fitness mindset that is gracious, effective, and sustainable

A typical PATH experience is 8 to 10 sessions and the entire experience is tailored to the client’s fitness goals, values, and pacing.

$100 per hour-long session.

personal training

Continuum Personal Training is a great fit for clients who have completed our PATH program and are seeking regular accountability and coaching. This can range from weekly workouts, to monthly or quarterly check-ins

$75 per 45 minute session.

Life coaching

Continuum Life Coaching mirrors our fitness training approach — compassionate, personalized support built upon our SPARK philosophy of change.

$75 per 45 minute session

A free seminar for churches and groups exploring the spiritual dynamics of the fitness experience including: incarnation, mystery, vulnerability, discernment, faith and gratitude.
